The 15,000 Ltr. overhead water tank in Gudumbare village, Tal. Maval, dist Pune has been inaugurated by the hands of Charter President Rtn Chandrakant Doshi, on 17th of November 2015. There are 70 families who stays slightly away from the Gudumbare village and their families have severe shortage of water. This tank is specially constructed for these families. The total water distribution of the water in these houses is now done through pipe line. The land is donated by one of the villager Mr (Late) Vitthal Sawant. Total beneficiaries of these water tank project is around 500 persons.The Past Sarpanch of this village Mr Ram Chandrakant Sawant and Current Sarpanch Mrs Rekhatai sawant were present for the inauguration. The total cost of the entire project is Rs 8 Lac. The RC Nigdi has contributed Rs 3.85 Lacs. We should appreciate the effort taken by Rtn Harbinder for executing this project. He has also contributed financialy by paying Rs2.3 Lacs.
