Service to Warkaris. 53 members of Rotary Club of Nigdi, were present for the Vithuraya Project. The assimilation started at 13:00 hrs at Maruti Mandir, Akurdi Gaonthan PCMC. Members served lunch for almost 300 warkaris. The Maruti Mandir committee took care of the preparation and distribution of food for the warkaris. All members whole heartedly participated for this holy cause. Distribution of food continued until midnight and nearly 3500 warkaris were served food from the funds made available by Rotary Club of Nigdi Charitable trust. 36 members of the club donated willingly for this project and an amount of INR 45000 was collected and spent for this noble cause.
