Construction of New School Building for Mamasaheb Mohol Vidya Vikas Mandal at Village Washere,Tal- Khed, District-Pune. New school building to be built is in a remote location of Washere Village which is on west of Rajgurunagar of about 45 km The two storey building will have 8 Classrooms altogether with a attached gender specific toilet on each floor. Total area of construction is 6500 square feet. The project also includes installation of Library,Science Laboratory,sports ground with sports equipment & 150 new benches. The new school will be from 5 std to 12 std and can accommodate more than 300 students from village and surrounding . The students studying here are mostly from tribal communities and economically weaker sections of society. The school running management do not charge tuition fees from the students. Total cost of project Rs86Lac It’s a joint venture with CSR partner Enpro Industries Pvt Ltd Markal. Enpro will be contributing Rs7884000 alongwith Rs 716000 from Dist 3131 welfare fund. RC Nigdi will be the executing partner for the project.
