Dear All Today we distributed 1135 nos PPE kits with face shield, 7100 nos N 95 masks 725 ltrs of sanitizers ( 3500 beneficiaries) to 12 clubs in PCMC and other area like junner talegaon Dehu road chakan etc. This material will be disrupted to the covid 19 warriors of Govt organization and NGOs. This project was a global grant project of last year thro the efforts of IPDG shri Ravi Dhotre of value RS 25 lacs. Our IPP vijay took lot of efforts to get us a share of PPE kits masks and sanitizers worth Rs 12 lacs for these 12 clubs. Almost 40 rotarians mainly PPs Presidents AGs and future district leaders were present from different clubs. Everyone applauded the efforts taken by IPP vijay for this project and his efforts since last few years to bring together these clubs for the synergy projects. PPE kits and masks were donated to Bajarang dal and vishwa hindu parishad volunteers by RC walhekar wadi. These volunteers have been tirelessly working in the crematoriums for cremations of the Corona affected dead bodies. Our club donated mask and sanitizer to the news reporters. Overall 3500 people will be directly benefited from this project .
