# DEI Session at our Club meeting on 20-12-24 The objective of the session was to promote awareness and understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles among club members, fostering a more inclusive and empathetic environment within the club & the society. District team under the leadership of Rtn. Brij Sethi delivered an engaging and informative keynote address, highlighting the importance of DEI in Rotary & today's society. He shared insightful examples and practical strategies for promoting inclusivity and challenging biases. Rtn. Yogini supported him by making presentation on the subject.
