| Minutes of Meeting | 20 the directors presented their plan for the year. Club Assembly - Presented weekly activity plan for the next 3 months. Medical - Medical director has planned medical initiatives with of @ 9 Cr subject to availability of budget from various vehicles. Service Director - Presented plan to execute programs of @ 3.5 Cr focusing on District Level initiatives. Youth Director - Presented the plan to conduct RYLA , Boxing Ryla and other initiatives to encourage youth to serve the society and also promote self-development. IT director presented the dashboard and mentioned that with the support of the directors will ensure timely uploading of events on website. Membership - 9 members will be added this month. Focus will be on retention and adding 5% new members. PI Director - Mentioned the use of all avenues of improving the PI of the club. youth-Rotract and interact club installation to be done soon. Interact club to be started in affulent schools, foundation 21500 dollars collected for apf. AG Rtn Mehul Parmar gave his inputs to all board directors and club members. Momento was given to AG. meeting was adjourned. |
