| Minutes of Meeting | We had our OCV yesterday DG and first lady Hema arrived at 4 pm at RCC. First had MTG with president and secretary. Then we had benches handover project. 2 schools were given 100 benches. Then PE, PN Pres and sect MTG..then MTG with rotractors interacts and satellite club. Then 45 mins board mtg. Ppt were shown by directors. Then we had a ceremonial welcome of DG n Hema ..in Rajasthani style . Hall was decorated in same style and food was also delicious Rajasthani cuisine.. The main meeting was packed to its capacity. 5 new members were inducted. Cheques worth more than 7000 $ were handed over to DG. In his speech DG Anil expressed his words of appreciation for the club. He was very happy with all the arrgts and reports presented. He spoke very highly of our club. Everyone enjoyed the evening.. |
