| Minutes of Meeting | MINUTES OF MEETING Venue: RCC Date: 07/10/2022 Members gathered at RCC from 7.00 to 7.25pm & had high tea. Members assembled in the hall at 7.30pm Meeting called to order by President Rtn Pranita Alurkar followed by National Anthem Secretary Rtn Keshav Manage announced about the District Event Rotary Idol a Mega Singing Competition scheduled on 27 th November. Registration charges are Rs 600 & open for all Rotarians, Anns, Annets, Parents of Rotarians, Rotaractors & any other non-Rotarian referred by a Rotarian Fellowship announcements were done by Rtn Arjun Dalal. President briefed about the Runathon celebrations & once again thanked all the members for the participation & contribution. Also recognised the guests of Ranu who were present for the meeting. President also informed about the award received at Dhadkan by the Club for the project, Service Project Director Rtn Kamaljeet handed over the Trophy & the certificate to the President. President also informed about the car rally initiated by four lady Rotarians of Chennai Club & their arrival at Pune. Our Club members hosted them for a night & they were happy about the Hospitality provided. President Rtn Pranita adjourned the meeting & handed over to Rtn Aditi Roy. Rtn Aditi Roy hosted the programme Bijoya Sammilani, wherein Bengali Culture & Bengali tradition of performing Durga Pooja were presented. There were some Bengali dance & song performances by the guests of Rtn Aditi Roy. All members enjoyed the programme. Very delicious Bengali cuisine was served for the dinner.
