| Minutes of Meeting | Call to order: President Rtn Jagmohan Singh called the Meeting to order & requested to raise for national anthem. Unfinished Business: - Approval of minutes of meeting of last meeting VP Rtn Harjinder Singh read the last minutes & kept before the Board & was approved, seconded by PE Rtn. Pranita Alurkar & PP Rtn Ravi Rajapurkar. Business: - President Rtn Jagmohan Singh welcome all members & asked Directors to present their achievements & work done in the year. Appreciated the efforts of the directors chairmen & members for their support Club Trainer PP Rtn. Pramod Deshmukh:- Conducted a short secession on “ACHIEVING IMPACTFUL Written communication” which is useful in Rotary as well as in daily life. Dusshehra.22nd oct :Coffee with RCN. 29th oct :Family Night ).Fellowship: On Anniversaries Rtn Hardeep Kaur is taking extra efforts by greeting the couple with Personalized gift hamper. Fellowship announcements, Birthday & anniversary are done in all club meetings. Attendance • Average attendance of August was 48percentage.51% Sports •:On 8th oct box cricket has been planned. Technical support • Sonali is taking care of this by Hosting the meetings, arranging the presentations & broadcasting the same. Change of date of Family Night Was proposed by president from 24th sept to 1st oct & approved ,seconded by Rtn Arti Mulley &Rtn Jayant Yewale. Director Community Services Rtn. Ankaji Patil: -Ankur sapling Project with Nisarg NGO . 1) 2835 seeds & distributed to 63 Rotary families expected 1500 sapling & till date 600 saplings handover to nursery. ( project cost (Rs 9000.00) • Avenue : MEDICAL ( July & august 21) Project Details : 1) Conducted 1 Blood donation camps & collected 86 blood bottles, Total Beneficiaries 500 2)Conducted 4 Covid-19 vaccination camps & total beneficiaries 1662 nos. Project cost: Rs 14.39 lakhs Avenue : COMMUNITY SERVICE (July & August 21) Project Details : 1) Flood relief in Chiplun & Mangaon Donated & distributed 2000 sets of Blankets & Bed sheets, 7000 drinking water bottles . 20 boxes of Sanitizers, Hand wash, 1760 kg grocery, 410 sets of Gum boots, 850 sets of buckets & mugs. CSR partner Sandvik Asia ltd. ( project cost Rs. 7.0 lakhs) 2) Bhorgiri Bhima Shankar: synergy project with Rotary club Airport Chakan & Rotary club of Rajgurunagar & Eco activist satellite club, we have Distributed 50 grocery kits & 50 no tarpaulins.( Project cost Rs 1.0 lakh) 3) Donated15 computers & 10 printers to PCMC commissioner office, CSR partner Posco IPPC project cost ( 9.63 lakhs) Avenue: WINS & HAPPY School (July & August 21) Project Details : Koyali school building: Constructed new school building in Koyali village Total project cost 55.00 lakhs & total beneficiaries around 15k-20k students in coming 25years CSR partner : Enpro Industries Pvt. Project approved seconded by Rtn Jayant Yewale & Rtn Ankaji Patil. 4 Lakhs for vaccines on wheel to Pune central was approved last year. Shashank Phadke: - Presented & informed as below , New members 1.Prashant Barrbade-MEP consultant 2. Aditi Roy-Masters Personal Management 3. Ganesh Bhalerao- Structural Consultant Mr Dattaray Padwal and Mr Sunil Joshi shall be inducted soon. New member referrals are received &communication is established. received and Satellite club Eco Activists–Chairman Dhruv Phadke with his team and Music and Art lovers-Chairman Hemant Karambelkar with his team Inducted by our club on 20 August. Both clubs have commenced their operations under guidence of Rtn Shashank Phadke New club formation. RC of Alephata central charter registration procedures are in process and soon all formalities shall be Completed. ASSIMILATION Groups Groups formed, group leaders finalized & implementation started as per guidance of president. club membership total is -133 members. Now we have reduced average age factor of club membership. This growth also has fetched Rotary club of Nigdi 7 star award for membership development in membership month. It was declared in membership development seminar for District 3131 held on 29th Aug 2021 at Hotel Hyatt Regency. Foundation Director Rtn. Arati Muley: -November month is of foundation, she requested Bod members to contribute for foundation. Informed about the happenings as below, •PP Shekar Zilpelwar got 550 Dollars contribution from non Rotarian. Total Contribution & Commitments to APF $ 13500. • $100 Contribution from every Rotarian to TRF is expected. Youth Director Rtn. Dr. Ravindra Kadam: - Presented & inform as below • Felicitation of Police officers at Moshi at Moshi police station on 15th August. 50 police officers from Moshi Police Station were felicitated for their work in the Covid 19 Lockdown. 100 students from DYP IEMR Rotaract club as well as all other 3 clubs had arranged the programme. . Cup Of Life: Joint project with Inner wheel club of Nigdi pride and DYP ACS. 50 Rotaractors and 10 lady Rotarians attended. Dr Megha Sharma (IPP RCP Kalyani Nagar) spoke about the product i.e. it's benefits, eco friendliness and sustainability, usage and getting rid of taboos.. 18th August Welcoming Inbound Students eRYE District Rye team had arranged a welcome meeting for all the inbound students from Brazil, Indonesia & Bangladesh. It was virtual meeting more then 200 students ,parents attended from all over world. DGE Rtn Anil Parmar was chief guest of program. Lots of efforts by PE Rtn Pranita for this program. Rtn Dr Ravindra kadam &Rtn DR Ranjana kadam attended . Welcoming outbound students by district team on 5th sept. 6 students from our club had applied for rye. Out of this 3 students already got approval from dist. P I Director Rtn. Gurdeep Singh Bhogal: Was absent. : -IPP Rtn Praveen ghanegaonkar Informed: 11 news published in newspapers. All club projects & activities are covered in media. Internal PR work of Rtn Sujata Dhamale is fabulous. Further informed that the social media activities are started. PP Pramod Deshmukh gave his presentation It was informed than 12 Projects Weekly Bulletins, Club Meeting , 1BOD, 1Club assembly agenda, minutes have been uploaded on the District Website and RI website. Special Project Director Rtn. PP Subhash Jaisinghani:- Green period (environment project) pad for pad Eliminate period poverty with a healthier, eco friendly option with cost benefit. The second project was held on 14th Aug -2021 with 85 women workers at Kurli at the cost of Rs34,000/- with association of Inner Wheel club of Nigdi Pride. Utsav Dist. conference date 29th &30th Jan. Till now 30 members confirmed, registration charges is 8500 per person. Planning to execute surgery camp soon. Approvals & Actions: - Nil CSR Director Rtn. Rakesh Singhania: -Was absent. Approvals & Actions: - Nil Global Grand Director Rtn. Ravi Rajapurkar:- informed that last year G.G account of Moraya hospital will be opened soon. All formalities will be completed. If we have any other global grant we can upload it. Approvals & Actions: - Nil International….Peace & Conflict Director Rtn PP Shubhangi Kothari: - Requested to plan for peace award to community service person at club level. At least 10 members from club should join Rotary peace website. Bod members can suggest some names for peace award avenues to Shubhangi Kothari. Approvals & Actions: - Nil Director Runathon Rtn. Ravi Hiremath: - Fund raising chances are very low this year, small budget Runathon can be planned. Shashank suggested ,we can take sponsorship by merchandising caps, bags, t shirts & keychains etc. PP Rtn Subhash Jaisinghani added April Pune runathon had more then 1500 participations and they could collect 3 crores. We can talk to organizing committee of that marathon to guide us . Approvals & Actions: - decision was taken to continue signature event. Meeting for same should be planned soon .No children should be allowed to participate in runathon. Team for runathon should be formed. Booking of ground for 6th Feb should be done. Treasurer Rtn.
