On occasion of Rashtriya Swachhata Divas, Rotary Club of Nigdi organised a Mega e waste collection drive on 2nd 3rd and 4th October. Ewaste was collected at 3 collection centres in Bhosari MIDC, Pimpri and Nigdi Pradhikaran. A total of approx 3 tons of e-waste was sent to the SWACH collection centre in Aundh Pune. Our club Service director Rtn Ankaji Patil, Rtn Rakesh Singhania, President Rtn Jagmohan Singh, Ann Manisha Patil worked to make it a big success. I would like to thank members for their active participation in this drive. e-waste was given by Sanjiv Alurkar, Vijay Burkule, Manisha Patil, Dr Kadam, and corporates like Enpro, AGSA springs, Creative Components, Gulmohar packtech and many individuals from the public This project was part of the Rotary district 3131 drive where 40 other clubs also participated
