To give an exposure to our young Rotaractors& Interactors to the Rotary way of conducting meetings .To provide more information to the New Rotarians about the Youth Services avenue in Rotary Service . To Provide more information about the programmes & opportunities available for the youth in Rotary World. 3 Beneficiaries. About 22 Rotaractors & 4 Interactors , 1 Principal of To give an exposure to our young Rotaractors & Interactors to the Rotary way of conducting meetings . To provide more information to the New Rotarians about the Youth Services avenue in Rotary Service .To Provide more information about the programmes & opportunities available for the youth in Rotary World. our Interact Club , 1 Co ordinator Teacher from Interact Club & 3 Past senior Rotaractors from DY Patil College of Enngg Akurdi 38 Rotarians, 13 Anns and 5 Annets attended this 4 Number of Rotarians participated and involved. program. 5 Details of the Meeting • All the Presidents of Rotaract & Interact Clubs were given a opportunity to speak on their experience as Rotaractors & Interactors . • A brief of their completed Projects & future Plans was presented . • Interactor Akanksha Bhalekar of Raja Shiv Chattrapati School Talawde was very confident though she was youngest of the Lot . • Rtr Sanket Katti of Rotaract Club of DYPCOEA was very well prepared & was proud to be a Rotaractor . • Rtn Jagmohan Singh presented a PPT & explained about the various opportunities & programmes available in the Rotary World for the Youth . • Rtn PP Shivesh Anand presented a PPT & Pep talk on ‘Yes I Can’ a motivational Speech for the youth . • The meeting ended with a Mini Dinner enjoyed by all present . • The Presidents & Secretaries of all 4 Clubs were presented with Tokens of Appreciation by our President Rtn Ravi Rajapurkar. 6 Cost of the Projects and recourses engaged.
