| Minutes of Meeting | MINUTES OF MEETING Venue: RCC Date: 16/09/2022 Members gathered in RCC & had Tea & Snacks from 6.45pm to 7.25pm Members assembled in the hall at 7.30pm This meeting was a joint meeting with RC Akurdi, RC Pimpri Udyognagari & RC Pimpri Elite Meeting called to order by President Rtn Pranita Alurkar followed by National Anthem President Rtn Pranita Alurkar informed untimely demise of Mr Anil Anand & requested all members to pay homage by observing two minutes of silence President Rtn Pranita Alurkar Invited DGE Rtn Manjoo Phadke (Speaker), Rtn Ram Bhosale, Rtn Ravi Kasarkar & Rtn Kalyani Kulkarni on the dias Secretary Rtn Keshav Manage announced about the District Event Yuvaan (Youth Seminar) at Dewang Mehta Auditorium Senapati Bapat Road Pune. Appealed members to register & attend. Also informed about registration of 11 Rotaractors for the same Fellowship Announcements was done by Rtn Haressh Vanavari Runathon Director Rtn Ankaji Patil updated the progress of preparations for the Runathon. Also appealed all the members to join for the charity run President handed over to Service Director Rtn Kamaljeet for the felicitation programme Service Director Rtn Kamaljeet along with Vocational team felicitated all the Engineers present for the meeting (around 50 Engineers from all the clubs) in recognition of Engineers Day President Rtn Pranita Alurkar invited PP Rtn Ranu Singhania for the Introduction of the speaker who introduced the speaker briefly. Speaker of the day DGE Rtn Manjoo Phadke presented her speech on DEI (Diversity Equity & Inclusion) & also women empowerment Vote of thanks was given by IPP Rtn Jagmohan Singh President Rtn Pranita adjourned the meeting.
