| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting called to order: President Jagmohan Singh called the Meeting to order at 7.30PM & requested to raise for national anthem. Business: - President Rtn Jagmohan Singh, welcome all & Briefed about the Agenda of the meeting. Secretary Rtn Suhas Read the minutes of last AGM & placed for approval & same has been approved. Further President Rtn Jagmohan Singh briefed about the risk involved in conducting Runathon under the shadow of Covid 19 & explained the risk mitigation strategy which was subsequently approved. Further the proposal for audit fees was placed for approval & was approved. The statements of Trust from1 st July 20 to 31 st March 21 & from 1st April21 to 30 th June 21 & the club financial statement from1 st July to 30 th June 21.were presented by IPP Rtn Pravin along with Treasurer Ravi Rajapurkar &were approved. Seconded by Rtn Rakesh & PP Rtn Vijay Kalbhor. Further PE Rtn Pranita introduced the board for the year 22-23. Also proposed no change in fees of the club & was approved.
