| Minutes of Meeting | President Jagmohan Singh called the Meeting to order at 7.30PM & requested to rise for national anthem. Business: - President Rtn Jagmohan Singh, welcome all & Briefed about planning & happenings till date Further asked Directors to present their Planning & achievements till date. Secretarial announcements were done by Rtn Suhas Dhamale. Club Admin Director Rtn Keshav Manage: - Presented the happenings & planning ahead Club bylaws 1) Amendment is completed. Program 1) Total meetings conducted Virtual-06 physical-03 with 01 joint with RC Walhekarwadi Total-09 Upcoming : 1) 24th Sept : Club Assembly 2) 8th Oct : Mission Literacy (Mr Prabhune) 3) 15th Oct : Holiday (Dussehra) 4) 22nd Oct : Coffee with RCN Bulletin 1) Till now Published in every week. Cultural 1) Conducted 3 family nights 2) At least nine family nights are planned including New Year, Runathon & D G Visit with 6 club assly. Fellowship 1) Regular announcements, recognitions are being done 2) Family night based fellowship & dinner 3) One Tour to Amritsar is under planning (Two to three days) Attendance 1) Attendance record is maintain properly & till last meeting Avg attendance is 40.9% Sports 1) Box Cricket activity has been planned.
